
| May 2000 Report High winds due to a typhoon near Guam has ended fishing for this week, but last week was fantastic. The water temperature at the surface is 75-77 degrees and the seas were calm for three weeks with lots of fishing done. Three marlins, 2 blue an 1 stripped, 300, 150, 60 pounds were hooked into as well as lots of Ono, Maki, Ahi, and Ulua. Shore fisherman are having success picking up Moi and Giant Trevally's. Midway seems to be headed for a good summer season.
