WAIVER

We the undersigned acknowledge that we have read, understand and agree to all the tournament rules, and that if accepted into the tournament, will abide by the rules.

We further acknowledge and accept the inherent dangers and risks involved in deep-sea fishing as to ourselves and our property.

We hereby, for ourselves, our heirs, estates, personal representatives and assigns, release, discharge and indemnify KEEHI BOAT CLUB (a non-profit corporation) its officers, directors, members, agents and employees, the STATE OF HAWAII and its employees and agents, from any claims, actions, demands, injuries, property damage or other liabilities in connection with any aspect of this tournament, including pre-tournament activities and post tournament functions. All persons expected to be aboard have signed the appropriate waiver form.
